WHS Management Plan
A well written WHS Management Plan allows you to demonstrate your commitment to making
safety your number one priority and helps to ensure that those around you understand their
health and safety responsibilities. Our WHS Management Plans are customised to your business
and scope of work and fully compliant with the WHS legislation and ISO 45001.
A WHS Management Plan is mandatory for Principal Contractors where the value of the
construction work is >250k.
Integrated Management System
An Integrated Management System (IMS) is a management system that integrates all
organisation’s Work Health Safety, Quality and Environmental processes into one unique
framework with common components.
Our Integrated Management Systems are designed to optimise the time and costs of development, implementation, maintenance and if required, certification or accreditation of the organisation’s management systems. The system is compliant with the relevant legislation and Australian Standards.

Gap Analysis
A Gap analysis is a review of existing systems or processes against legislative requirements, best practice or other industry benchmarks. We provide a formal report including recommendations for improvement.
